One feature of Red X I really appreciate is the cross-checking between different lead sources when properties go on contract, get sold, or receive new listings. I also use it to monitor my own database by checking for any activity on properties I might not be aware of, helping me stay updated. This is one feature I particularly value. Like many others, I wish it were a bit cheaper, but overall, it seems reasonable if used correctly. One aspect I dislike is the note-taking section; I find myself scrolling excessively to find specific information, such as a direct call. I also wish it included references to the specific numbers I called previously, so I can easily verify both the number and the call details.
