Lots of options to dial in exactly what needs to happen in the tracking. Almost unlimited ways to configure or customize. 

**What do you dislike about Redmine (project management & issue tracking) Cloud Hosting?**

Forums are a jumbled chaos of not a lot of helpful info--this product requires highly technical people to set up, configure, manage, and customize. Part of its charm I guess but also difficulte for the middle management. 

**Recommendations to others considering Redmine (project management & issue tracking) Cloud Hosting:**

We track all things needed from time to issues. It allows for selective privacy when necessary.

Excellent tools with deep functionality, lots of customization, and plenty of features for advanced/power users.

**What do you dislike about Redmine (project management & issue tracking) Cloud Hosting?**

Terrible UI/UX - very hostile to most users, makes it difficult to onboard when the UI is so unpleasant.


**Recommendations to others considering Redmine (project management & issue tracking) Cloud Hosting:**

Suggest investigating more modern, user-friendly issue tracking and project management tools. See: Jira, BaseCamp, Phabricator for excellent examples.

Managing issues and work, across various teams.  We decided not to use Redmine for the organization after demoing it.
