It includes a straightforward user registration process and supports tiered memberships, all available without needing to upgrade. The membership interface is designed so that subscribers do not have access to the WordPress menus; instead, they can manage their profiles entirely from a dedicated page. Support was excellent, timely, and with real people (Sanju and Uzwal). **What do you dislike about User Registration & Membership?** There isn't really anything I dislike about this plugin. Also there are a lot of add-ons for pro-users so they got almost all important extension and customization covered. I was really amazed by their customer support. It was very helpful und friendly. They even did bug fixes and feature request implementation really fast. I appreciate it very much. Of course you only have to install the plugin, create your first form and you can start off by assigning the id to a wordpress page and you have your first account and register process configured. You can however go deeper and customize everything afterwards. **What do you dislike about User Registration & Membership?** Not much. We had a bug in a special case where we wanted the user to be able to subscribe to multiple newsletters and this didn't work at the start but the customer support created a fix version for this. **What problems is User Registration & Membership solving and how is that benefiting you?** They prebuild a complete user registration process with an account area for the users and complete control over customization and notifications. Also very important for us was the integration of a mailing service like Mailchimp. Everything works out of the box and there is to my knowledge no other plugin that has such a complete set of features and functions for this problem. ### 5. My recent primary task was to update the whole site, which was very outdated. The most important thing was to upgrade the plugin User Registration to the newest Pro version. Very challenging for me. I asked User Registration for help and received the most fantastic guidance and support – especially from Uzwal. He not only guided me thoroughly through the whole process but also assisted me brilliantly directly on the site as helping administrator. One of the most important issues was to integrate the webside with MailChimp. Without his energetic help I would never have succeeded.
