**What do you like best about Redis Desktop Manager?**

I don't love that it is premium and so hard to build the binary. I ended up just paying to get it working. Still though it works well to view and insert data.

**What do you dislike about Redis Desktop Manager?**

This is for pay on a subscription basis to get updates. I wish they had better instructions to build the free version, but alas they don't.

I also wish the software was a bit faster even on local.

**What problems is Redis Desktop Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just managing and viewing Redis DBs for debugging and testing.

**What do you like best about Redis Desktop Manager?**

Easy visualisation of the data in your Redis database. Different data types are represented well and it has quick tools to mass delete entire namespaces if you need it.

It’s cross platform, but I only use it on Windows 10

**What do you dislike about Redis Desktop Manager?**

Occasionally crashes, loading performance suffers quite greatly when you have 300k+ keys.

**Recommendations to others considering Redis Desktop Manager:**

Well worth the small fee if you want a solution that will allow you to actually what is in your Redis database and manage the data within it.

**What problems is Redis Desktop Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualising data in Redis database. Removing large numbers of keys, ad-hoc addition of data to lists, sets.
