**What do you like best about PANDAPÉ?**

I like using PANDAPÉ for publishing and tracking my job openings. I appreciate its ability to enhance the effectiveness of candidate selection by simplifying all stages of the process, from posting the job using artificial intelligence, templates, and multiposting, to providing easy means for candidates to apply like the chatbot and WhatsApp, as well as implementing automatic filters and timely follow-up with candidates. It gives me the opportunity to have all candidates in one place, allowing me to quickly identify those who best meet the profile thanks to the suitability percentage and killer questions, which helps me fill my vacancies more swiftly. The option to perform a multiposting with one click to publish on different websites, social networks, and platforms like OCC and Computrabajo is truly valuable. PANDAPÉ also allows for a candidate suitability comparison with the published profile, helping me make informed decisions. The support team has been essential for the setup, facilitating the understanding of all the tool's benefits, which has made the experience easy.

**What do you dislike about PANDAPÉ?**

The reports, I haven't used them yet, but I am aware that there is an update that I believe could help us a lot. We are interested in knowing about the candidates attended, what are the reasons for rejection, and on which platform they applied.

**What problems is PANDAPÉ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PANDAPÉ helps me with candidate selection by centralizing applications, simplifying postings with multiposting, and evaluating profile suitability. It facilitates tracking and improves agility in filling vacancies.

**What do you like best about PANDAPÉ?**

I like the reach of PANDAPÉ's posts, as they are seen on various recruitment platforms, which enriches the candidates. I also appreciate the versatility of their tools, especially the use of QR codes on flyers and the website to view job openings, which positions my company ahead of the competition. Additionally, the initial setup process went well, and I would definitely recommend it, I would give it a 10.

The management of the platform is excellent and it is very easy to administer. The search with the database is very extensive, which helps to find talent faster. The initial setup was excellent and very easy.
