So far EVERYTHING! The user interface is so easy to use, it's fast, pricing is VERY smart, the support is super responsive, I didn't need much to onboard, the AI is fantastic, it's built the way recruiters work, and the customization is true customization and the integrations are so useful. I like Recruitly for its ease in keeping everything organized in one place. One area that could be improved is the customization of some features. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in setting up workflows and reports to better match different recruitment processes. Also, the email sync with Recruitly works well except syncing tasks. I really like that Recruitly has a huge database and the contact info actually works, which has helped me find 135 candidates so far.
