Adding candidates and clients is quick and links fantastically well with other apps such as gmail, Microsoft, Apollo and many others. **What do you dislike about Recruitly?** It would be fantastic if it would accept google docs for cv's. Also if it had some easy way of adding a company logo to a cv inside of Recruitly. **What problems is Recruitly solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a start up company it's vital I have an ATS/CRM that doesn't need constant maintenance. Recruitly is constantly improving and links effortlessly with LinkedIn, Apollo, gmail, Microsoft. It also links with my accounts (Intuit) software so I don't have to manually send invoices. Its search functions fantastic and has some really smart AI functions ### 2. We now have them all loaded and searchable. Also, we are tracking our time to fill and other KPI's easier. ### 3. New sourcing tool allows you to find those hard to find candidates without leaving the platform. Customer support has been excellent across a number of areas - initial set up, website integration and external job board inetegration for advertising. Nothing has been too much trouble. **What do you dislike about Recruitly?** N/a in my expereince so far. Great CRM with great support. **What problems is Recruitly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recruitly saves me time finding and matching candidates to live roles, it seamlessly imports job applications into live vacancies allowing me to approve or decline applications efficiently. ### 4. Found 127 candidates so far. AI matching is really good at understanding what we need. Saves hours every day. **What do you dislike about Recruitly?** Export options could be more flexible. Bulk operations are a bit slow sometimes. **What problems is Recruitly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Needed to source more candidates without hiring more recruiters. Recruitly lets me work way faster.
