I love the design. I also love the fact that it has a super good CRM plus an ATS, so you really have all the functions you need. Recruitly has genuinely thought about every piece that’s important in recruiting. **What do you dislike about Recruitly?** I’d love to see more third-party integrations, although the team is actively adding new ones. **What problems is Recruitly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to consolidate multiple tools (ATS, sourcing, phone system, CRM) into one platform. Recruitly solved this completely while also adding AI capabilities we didn't have before. ### 2. The AI matching is really good at understanding what we need, saving me hours in my day. Setting it up was very easy, and their team helped out a lot. **What do you dislike about Recruitly?** They can improve on their export options. They could be more flexible, and their bulk operations are a bit slow sometimes. They could work on that. **What problems is Recruitly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Recruitly to source more candidates without extra recruiters, work faster, find better candidates, fill roles quicker, and reduce admin work. ### 3. Adding candidates and clients is quick and links fantastically well with other apps such as gmail, Microsoft, Apollo and many others. **What do you dislike about Recruitly?** It would be fantastic if it would accept google docs for cv's. Also if it had some easy way of adding a company logo to a cv inside of Recruitly. **What problems is Recruitly solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a start up company it's vital I have an ATS/CRM that doesn't need constant maintenance. Recruitly is constantly improving and links effortlessly with LinkedIn, Apollo, gmail, Microsoft. It also links with my accounts (Intuit) software so I don't have to manually send invoices. Its search functions fantastic and has some really smart AI functions ### 5. Customer support has been excellent across a number of areas - initial set up, website integration and external job board inetegration for advertising. Nothing has been too much trouble. **What do you dislike about Recruitly?** N/a in my expereince so far. Great CRM with great support. **What problems is Recruitly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recruitly saves me time finding and matching candidates to live roles, it seamlessly imports job applications into live vacancies allowing me to approve or decline applications efficiently. ### 7.
