I like being able to see everyone's recognitions all in one spot and able to comment on each one. It's a great way to see the community of coworkers come together and seeing the amount of support everyone gives to one another. The one thing about it that I am not the biggest fan of is the fact that you have to manually go check the site for new notifications. I am very old school and love seeing recognitions posted on a board physically at the work place rather than logging into a system and reading it on a computer screen.
