**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I like being able to show gratitude to my coworkers. I also like the reward system. It is a moral booster for sure.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

There was no instructions or tutorial on how to use the app. Also the point system has change. You receive less points now

Its a morale booster, so it creates a better work environment.

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I like the fact that employees can acknowledge the contributions of one another in a way that the whole company can see. Far too often, people's actions are unerappreciated or unnoticed. Recognize help bring those actions to everyone's attention so that people get the recognition they deserve.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

Sometimes the notifications I receive are hard to understand. I see email notifications related to comments on recognitions that do not pertain to me, but I receive them because I was tagged at some point in the process.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize solves the problem of a growing company with multiple locations being able to corporately acknowledge the contributions of its employees. It benefits because because I can recognize my direct reports when they go above and beyond for the company.

What I dislike about recognize is nothing. Because it helped us to provide a positive feedback to our co employee and to our organization that we value the most.

Being able to send group recognition and being able to see others' recognitions so you can comment/contribute to it.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

Lack of reporting for leaders, I as a director only show direct reports and not all those in my org chart. Mind you I am still learning about the new interface, so perhaps there are aspects there that I haven't explored yet.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to publicly recognize the efforts of our team members, and the ability for departments to recognize each other - especially departments that may never meet each other in person.

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Very user friendly. Makes it easy to give meaningful recognition to a variety of people in all different functions. I also like the fact that I can easily see who I have recognized in the past so that I can be sure to spread the recognition around.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

There isn't much I don't like. I would prefer not to be limited on the number of people I can recognize, but I understand why the limitation is there when it comes to reward points.

It allows me to take the time needed, and with Recognize it is not that much, to sit still and think about the people in our company who have gone above and beyond and deserve recognition.

I like that I can easily go in and recognize my co-workers every day if I want to and that they are notified of the recognition.  I cannot provide much more feedback due to having such little experience with using it.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I am not sure yet. I have not been using it long  enough to have a lot of feedback. I would probably change the process of setting it up and the initial login.

I am not aware of any problems being solved by recognize that are benefitting me at this time. I know that this serves to be a great way to help us make sure employees feel appreciated and valued.

Easy interface and badge designs. Also, the overall feel of the portal looks like a celebration, and relates with moto of recognizing someone or getting recognized

Login process is not smooth and also FAQ section is not comprehensive, whenever you have any issue or need any clarification, you have to reach out the administrator

Earlier we were either not having time or a way to recognise the employees for their contribution, email or chat was the only option, here you can recognize, keep a record of all the recognitions

It alllows you to recognize and praise coworkers for a job well done or just for simply being themselves.  It allows you to just to brightens someones day that may otherwise be having a bad one.

It offers variety of badges to be used according to the scenario.
Recognize is very simple and quick to use with minimum clicks which help in focusing on content without frustration.

It doesn't have prepopulated template to share as image rather you have to upload the image manually for example to share bravo card.
It would be helpful to have templates readily available.

I really enjoy using Recognize to show my colleagues my appreciation for their work. The system is easy to use, attractive to look at, and has several features that make it interactive and fun to use.

I sometimes wish that I could create a custom badge for unique situations. It would also be nice to be able to see a list of who I've sent salutes to in order to know if I'm over-saturating or forgetting anyone.

Easy to use and the team is excited about an easy and efficient way to recognize their peers. Additionally, their team has gone above and beyond to help us in every way! They are fantastic!

So far we haven't found anything we don't like about Recognize.

We experienced huge growth in last few years and especially our remote reach has increased significantly. We needed an easy and personal way to keep staff connected and recognized across the company that didn't feel like another thing overcomplicating the day to day.

- I like the categories of performance assessment that reequires proper recognition.
- I love how it surprises the recepients with a formal E-mail than glorifies recognition

- We can work on adding more categories of regognition even if the current alre already doing well, It's just the more of a vriety the better and I don't have any compaints.

I like how simple it is to use. It needs to be simple for others to use it regularly. I think it is important to recognize others in a public forum. Even for small things.

The rewards system is lacking in variety. I think more people would use it if a better variety of options were available. Also, the points values are too high to redeem prizes

Giving people credit for a job well done. Also, recognizing people who do things that may not be work-related but align with company values. This will encourage others to share their stories.

I find it helpful that recognize tells me the full names and locations of the coworkers I am looking for. I also can see their official work title. On workproud, i was only able to see what city they were from.

I wish there were an option to filter the recognitions you see.

Recognize allows me to reach out to people in the company that helped get me started even though I haven't spoken with them since I was freshly hired. I think that the point system does give a bit more value to giving shoutouts and making sure your coworkers are happy with you.

I like that it is integrated with Teams in such a way as to make it easy to use throughout my workday. I also really like that there are multiple options and levels for recognition of my colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I would like to be able to see the description of the badges while typing out my message, as it helps me to stay on track with the specific reason I'm "recognizing" a peer/colleague.

Recognize is solving the difficulty of providing positive feedback in an immediate form that won't get lost. Telling a staff member they're doing great verbally is one thing, but its easy for them to forget. Recognize provides enduring proof of a job well done, which increases the value overall of the praise.

It takes a long period to accumalte points for a reward. My previous employment had a different program where points required to redeem will not take much time

It's beneficial to recognize and motivate our colleagues for their hard work. The points getting added are excellent. Recognizing means not just words; it's money as well.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

People do not use the application frequently. They forgot to recognize others. Sometimes, the redemption is difficult because the mail gets blocked, and then we have to contact the administrator.

Convenient way to express your recognition to colleague without a need to get over yourself and write some detailed message to the direct messages. Greate for introverts!
And that's also good place to share your recognition on wider audience. Good to have special place for this. No way to annoy anyone when you have a separate feed for these things instead of work-related chats in which it can be inaproppriate.

The user interface is a bit worn.
It would be fine if the team can work on recogntions design. Now they look like plain post in default social media. I think some grandiosity wouldn't hurt :)

Problem of recognition expression without embarrasing. Just a good way to highlight someones achievement without annoying that part of the team, who doesn't like it. And good for the introverts :)

Recognizd allows employees, supervisors, higher-ups, and everyone in between to show their appreciation for anyone they are working with. Gone are the days of passing positive comments, and here are the days of a lasting positive commendation that you can look back on any time.

I honestly do not see terribly many downsides to using recognize. The only thing I can really think of is the lack of verbal reaffirming due to it being online now, but those two can go hand in hand.

Recognize allows me to show my coworkers my appreciation without making a huge deal about it or making them uncomfortable. Even if it something super small that I find to be a huge help, recognize allows me to show my coworkers that every helping hand counts.

Recognize is an easy system to use for awarding teammates and others for their work. The system is simple, easy to search for people and select the appropriate recognition style.

It is a little clunky. Everything is very segmented, so flowing between stream, your recognizes, your history of recognitions, etc., is a little click-y. Overall not a huge negative.

Appointing recognition to team members when it is due when a simple 'thank you' isn't enough to show how appreciative you are of someone else's efforts. Actions speak louder than words!
