**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I love Recognizing my teammates. It's easy to let the calendar blow by without spending anytime appreciating my teammates and the amazing work they accomplish. Recognize helps me slow down and see how lucky I am to work with such amazing people.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

The way the employee names and team names are structured is a little clunky (though this may be the way it was set up by our orgniazation). The Stats section is also somewhat hard to navigate and see many recognitions people or teams are receiving during a given time period.

With much of the company working remotely, it can be difficult to stay connected with other employees. Recognize ensures that you have a chance to recognize others for their work and also see all of the great work employees around the country are doing.

Being able to keep track of all of your recognitions to look back on is so helpful. Plus, getting recognition for anything big or small can brighten up someone's day!

The only downside is remembering to use recognize. Sometimes you think about recognizing a person but do not take the time to do it.

I love the opportunities available within Recognize to reward associates.  It has various badges to recognize an associate in a particular area and they are able to turn those badges into gifts.  I also appreciate the ease of use to recognize.  Recognition is something that is often overlooked so RECOGNIZE helps keep it top of mind for Leaders and Associates alike.

I wish there were additional badges to offer associates.

Negative points, as not everyone accepts constructive criticism well and ends up taking it personally.

I believe that being valued is good for everyone, it's unlikely that someone will come here to expose something negative about someone, but in a way, recognition motivates us to continue and improves the work as a whole.

I like that you can give kudos to co-workers for them going above and beyond. I also like that it can be seen by the entire company -- praise in public.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

It is not seen regularly. At our company, you only get notices if it involves you or your direct reports. So, unless I make an effort to log into Recognize, I don't see what people are being celebrated for. And I don't think most people bother to log in.

• I really value being able to share my gratitude and connect with colleagues via Recognize especially since we work remotely! I also genuinely appreciate receiving positive comments from my colleagues on Recognize. It makes me feel seen as an employee. The rewards available are great, too!

I wish we also gained recognize points by sending someone a recognize, and not just be receiving a recognize.

Recognize is solving the problem of expressing gratitude and connecting with colleagues in a fully remote workplace. It makes me appreciate my colleagues more and connect with new people who I otherwise would not connect with remotely.

I enjoy how simple it is to recognize my co-workers despite being remote. I enjoy receiving and sending messages.

Do not particularly dislike anything about the platform. It is fairly simple to use.

I like how easy it is to use.  I also enjoy being able to select badges to go along with the recognition, makes it fun!

I haven't found anything that I haven't like so far about the recognize program.  So far, everything has been working out great.

Such a fun and easy way to recognize others!  Love being able to reply as well. The notifications are great for seeing the recognition quickly.

The only thing I can think of would be to have the streaming personalized to specific workstations.

Point system, I see the value in it and also don't like that it is set as a kind of competition instead of a simple opportunity to recognize those we work with.

The UI is very simple and pleasing. The application also is very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this to a friend who can alo use this.

Downside is of the private recognitions which can be used to earn more points and redeem them.

The most helpful thing about the app is the description regarding that badges being awarded to those I choose to recognize.

There is nothing to dislike about the app however, the points awarded should be increased per badge.

Recognize is a really easy program for our entire company to use to recognize peers for living our company values. It is easy for our team to collect points that can be redeemed for items in the custom rewards catalog!

At this time, we have not run into any issues with recognize or anything that we do not like.

We wanted a program that upgraded our manual pen and paper recognition program. Recognize allows the entire company (in the office and remote workers) to be recognized for their work! It helps tie together our values and showcases our appreciation for each other.

This is the best platform or app for recognizing and rewarding employees for their amazing work and dedication. I really like the idea that we can honor everyone's talents by awarding members with points that can be exchanged for gift cards.

The overall concept is awesome for this app as we get a platform to appreciate the talent of people. Only one thing if we get a chance to use flock with more than 5 members in year then it would be great.

THIS PLATFORM IS A GREAT WAY TO RECOGNIZE GREAT WORK- SINCE most employees are always on their phones its a great way to appreciate all they do, and they earn points they can spend in the platform created by our team for company apparel

Really have not found anything i dislike-  Need to have better selection of emoji's or Gif's to highlight in different categories- but currently I have nothing

I would like to have more badges to give- with a team of =200 only being able to give max 30 least 5 is hard when you want to recognize the entire TEAM as 1 person can not be successful without their TEAM-

I like the intuitive interface, the opportunity to customise the app's design, and the possibility to create custom bages. Good support service. And gifs collection to express any emotions or messages to your colleagues

It would be nice to implement faster the custom features. For instance, exclusive catalogues are open only for some groups inside the company. Also, it would be great to have some ready to use templates for appreciation/recognition of the colleagues for the people who struggle with creativity:)

The most helpful thing about recognize is that you can give compliments or shout-outs to coworkers. And others can see this as well.

The least helpful is that I always have trouble logging in when away from work. I can not get it to open on my phone.

When I'm trying to spam a bunch out so I can get free points it sometimes takes a couple seconds to load each one.

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

As a user, I like receiving reminders for recognization. I am a busy person so it is great that I get to be reminded to express my appreciation to my colleagues.  I like the badges that we can use to choose from. I also like that I can include links and images in the employee recognition (It would be fun to, next time I will be sure to make good use of it).

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I am not sure about what I do not like. I like the simplicity.  Seeing the badge and the view certificate feature is good too.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) The reminders help me a lot- I am a busy person so it is great that I get to be reminded to express my appreciation to my colleagues.
2) This is a way I can demonstrate appreciation even when we work far away from each other. Occasional remote work setup is great, but at times, it is tricky to think of ways to show appreciation and recognition of their efforts. Recognize App solves that.
3) It doesn't take too much time to complete and it is easy to accomplish.

I like that I can quickly recognize co-workers within my clinic and our health system. This is a great way to boost morale!

I don't like that if you recognize a large quantity of people within the same "recognition", it will email you for every single comment/response.

It benefits staff morale. It allows a way for co-workers to recognize each other for not only big things but little day to day things. It makes you feel special!

The ability to describe exactly the reason for recognizing your collogues. It allows for significant moral boosting and for others to be acknowledged and rewarded for doing great things on the job.

My only dislike is that the system does not have enough different sub-categories to submit for recognition. Additionally, a higher monetary about would be exciting for individuals going above and beyond the call of duty.

Individuals need to be acknowledged for doing good jobs in front of their peers. "Recognize" is a way to accomplish that.  It also encourages others to become more involved with actively doing things to help with business processes.
