I am a busy person so it is great that I get to be reminded to express my appreciation to my colleagues. I like the badges that we can use to choose from. I also like that I can include links and images in the employee recognition (It would be fun to, next time I will be sure to make good use of it). **What do you dislike about Recognize?** I am not sure about what I do not like. I like the simplicity. Seeing the badge and the view certificate feature is good too. **What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) The reminders help me a lot- I am a busy person so it is great that I get to be reminded to express my appreciation to my colleagues. 2) This is a way I can demonstrate appreciation even when we work far away from each other. Occasional remote work setup is great, but at times, it is tricky to think of ways to show appreciation and recognition of their efforts. Recognize App solves that. 3) It doesn't take too much time to complete and it is easy to accomplish. ### 37.
