I work at a company where I travel often and have reimbursable expenses. Receipts let's me submit the expenses on my smartphone or on my laptop. **What do you dislike about Receipts?** There is one thing I dislike about Receipts. At times, the software takes some time to load and makes me resubmit expenses. I believe the company should continue to invest in the technology as it continues to grow its platform. **Recommendations to others considering Receipts:** I would recommend Receipts's for any business out there. I have used several different apps for submitting expenses. It is easy to log results in real time. It integrates with our internal system which is nice because the system isn't popular. **What do you dislike about Receipts?** Receipts has bad customer service. I treid to contact a rep and was on hold for 15 minutes. Rep was not especially knowledgeable in answering my question. The CSM was easy to work with but she seemed overwhelmed from managing too many accounts. **What problems is Receipts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Very easy expense report system. Good for a smaller company due to a lower price. ### 7.
