**What do you like best about RealNex CRM?**

I like that RealNex CRM syncs with my Google Calendar, which helps me schedule follow-ups with both existing clients and prospects. It's also great for building out a database and allows me to scale my business.

**What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?**

The Google Calendar sync will send duplicates every time that it syncs. Once that is cleaned up, it will be much easier to use.

**What problems is RealNex CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RealNex CRM to organize property owners and client relationships, sync with Google Calendar for scheduling, and build a database, helping me scale my business.

**What do you like best about RealNex CRM?**

I have used just about every commercial real estate CRM and this one is hands down the most comprehensive. While taking CI 102, RealNex was introduced to me. Once I saw the demo I was astounded that something this good existed. It has been seven years and haven't looked back. Matt Smith has played a tremendous role in my adoption of the program and together we helped a national firm of over 2500 brokers adopt the platform. I have never received such responsive customer service and training from a CRM company. Everything is connected and populated through my email client and contacts, I utilize the app when I am in the field, and able to document communication with prospects easily. RealNex is agile and constantly optimizing and developing new features. Support is easy to request and I can suggest features in real time. Work flows are automated through the timelines feature and I can easily modify as needed, creating a marketing plan and communicating it clearly to my clients and team. All tasks are loaded into my calendar and I can schedule them or choose "timeless" to drag and drop each into my day to stay on task. I love the new feature that allows me to see who I haven't contacted within a certain time frame. Client reporting is easy through the reports feature so my clients are always in the loop. I can easily modify my dashboard to show only what I need to see at a glance. I can edit entries with one click. I can see my pipeline and know what to expect for income within any timeframe. I can see trends in property and company types, workflow efficiency, and probability data to manage my business more effectively. I can customize most fields, creating as detailed data or as simplified as I like. The projects feature connects contacts, companies, properties, and spaces in one place where I can push to prepare presentations, document sharing, comps, and accounting. Everything can be imported from Excel and exported to pdf or Excel easily. I can make calls, send texts, and emails with one click and a history box pops up to take notes and create a follow up task or event. I don't know why any CRE broker, investor, or syndicator would use anything else. Thank you for creating such an amazing system!!!

**What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?**

I wish there was a check box when creating a new company to add the primary contact so I don't have to go back and add the contact after saving because sometimes I forget. It would be nice if clients could upload their financials to the deal room for security purposes.

**What problems is RealNex CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to use a bunch of different systems. It saves me thousands of dollars and a lot of precious time. Because their training and support is so good, I don't have to hire someone or figure it out myself.

I have little to no complaints for RealNex CRM.

It is stores my entire database and works as a great calendar to follow up.

**What do you like best about RealNex CRM?**

RealNex is a complete package that is easy to use.   RealNex provides  all of the key functions brokers need to make our life easier and close more deals.  From creating and sending out brochures (Which are created on the platform)

To compliment the depth of services the CRM provides, the customer service and support is first class.    When I need help, they are always there.

**What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?**

I would like them to add notifications when emails are opened.  That being said, RealNex main features are CRM and they do a great job of it

**What problems is RealNex CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RealNex provides a seamless process to import contacts, create marketing pieces, send them out and follow up on the contacts.   They allow me to be more efficient and allow for my assistant to support me as well

**What do you like best about RealNex CRM?**

It's an all-in-one platform, but primarily excels in record keeping and function from a commercial real estate perspective. All of my prospect calls, projects, and day to day work is easily integrated through RealNex. It's the lifeblood of my business, and it's the first tab I open when I sit down at my desk every day. Matt and his team are always available, and incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?**

The GUI in very rare instances needs some updating, but it's hardly noticeable.

**What problems is RealNex CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline tracking, project tracking, contact database, marketing collateral creation, reports, analysis, and more.

RealNex is designed for brokers. It’s not overloaded with features I don’t need—it’s focused, intuitive, and built to support how we actually work: prospecting, following up, managing deals, and staying organized.

**What do you like best about RealNex CRM?**

They have a desktop application that when working is great. It has a ton of options within it to customize fields.

**What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?**

A LOT! I was a customer for years and never got any sort of comfort with the software. If you are stuck in 1998 this is perfect for you. However, if you want to have a database that seamlessly syncs with your desktop and the cloud then I would look elsewhere. I would have issues at least every month with the system. If you have multiple users on the system and your computer is the host of the database your computer must always be running for them to access it. You also have to make sure when you restart your computer that you open the "live sync" and the server settings for Realnex on your computer literally every time. It wil take you 2 or 3 calls to Customer Service to figure it out. Live sync isn't really live because it bugs out all the time and you have to manually sync to the cloud (so much for "live") all the time. The Realconnex is great in theory until you realize anyone from across the country can send you emails about listings, so I hope you are ready to receive an email about that small retail listing in a market you have never heard of before! Let's put it this way I literally bought another CRM service while still under contract because it is that terrible. Too many issues to ever consider using. You are better off just buying the stock MS Access and customizing it yourself.

**What do you like best about RealNex CRM?**

I like that Realnex is simple and basically does what I need.

**What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?**

The CRM software seems a bit outdated. It gets the job done but could definitely be more user-friendly. I have no complaints about the marketing software but typically only use the deal room.

**Recommendations to others considering RealNex CRM:**

If you are just wanting a place to store CRM data, Realnex is for you!

The CRM software gives us somewhere to store all of our contacts.

**What do you like best about RealNex CRM?**

The program is constantly making updates and adding in new features to stay up to date with things such as digital signatures, e-mail integration, document downloads. 

**What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?**

The program looks like it's from the 90's. It's very old, DOS looking and sometimes hard to figure out how to do the thing you're looking for. If there was an instruction manual, or a "how-to" would be better then having to call the support line.

Very cost effective program.

It is a customer database used for file notes and document storage. After figuring out the "Abeyance" system it  greatly helps organise and keep a list of things that need to be done each day.

**What do you like best about RealNex CRM?**

RealNex/REA is very robust from a database standpoint. We put a lot of info in there, and there are still functionalities that we never use and fields that we never fill in. 

**What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?**

It is a bit old school, with that Windows 2000 look. Search functionality can be a little challenging, as you have to get the address exactly right for the software to find it (i.e. 123 South Main will not work if it's entered as 123 S Main in the system). Mobile app is a great improvement from what they previous had (nothing), but still has some bugs, etc. 

**Recommendations to others considering RealNex CRM:**

If you are looking for a robust and affordable CRM in the real estate space, this is a good option. If you're looking for the sleekest, most user friendly option, this probably isn't the BEST fit.

**What problems is RealNex CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a LOT of information to keep track of in commercial real estate, and RealNex does a great job of providing a place for all of that data to live, and for it to be relatively easy to find/query/etc.

**What do you like best about RealNex CRM?**

I like how easy it makes everything. All of your contacts are in one place and it makes it so easy to import and export contacts and to keep track of all communication with contacts.

**What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?**

The only thing I don't like is that is doesn't integrate with the email marketing software that my company uses. We use a specific software that works for us so we have to export our lists each time we send out an email.

**Recommendations to others considering RealNex CRM:**

This is a great platform to help you keep track of all of your contacts. It is great for real estate professionals and makes follow ups and cold calls much easier. It is very easy to import and export contacts which gives you a lot of freedom.

We are overall more organized and we are able to keep track of all of our contacts and manage them in an easy to use platform.
