The best thing about Levitate has been that they offer everything we had been looking for in a texting service and more. And their customer service has been beyond what we expected. They took over transitioning/integrating us and made it easy to use everything we need. I have done more campaign emails and social media posts than I did previously because of the ease. What do you like best about Real Magic?

Levitate has a nice platform and you can easily create your messages for our customers to receive. They have good support if you run into a problem, and this would be something to send your customers current promotions or information that needs to be reviewed. And it updates daily. Sending membership reminders and thing like when it is time to renew based from my current platform uploaded to my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was promised a very easy way to keep in touch with my customers and be able to send out a personalized email from my email - failed to mention that it can only be 350 per day and that they have a slight access to responses from campaigns that were sent.
