What do you like best about Real Magic?

It creates good looking content to send out to social media and email. It is easy to use the content creations. Campaigns that integrate with Epic take a bit more time to figure out, but the support team will guide you through it. Customer Service is responsive although the sales team and support team might need to work a bit more together to properly educate onboarding customers. Implementation for Levitate was good, with Epic not so much. We mainly use the product for social media. The integration with our management system doesn't seem too reliable for what we want it for. The integration with Applied Epic is lacking and does not work like we were told. It needs major improvements before being able to use effectively between the two systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have a lot of faith in the actual process. We sent a test birthday card to ourselves and it arrived over a month after we requested it to be sent out. It would have arrived weeks after the birthday had we sent it to a client. We used a Social Media post and it had a misspelling in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
