This theme is so purpose-built for the real estate industry, nothing else can even come close. The IDX solution is white glove setup and insanely customizable. I tried building it all myself and in 2 months did not even get 10% of the functionality this has. Our site now has the featursets found on the mega million dollar aggregator sites! That being said, when support was necessary to create some custom tweaks or troubleshoot issues, the Real Estate 7 team was quick and always incredibly helpful.
