Real estate 7 is a straightforward and robust way of having a thousand-dollar website for a fraction of the cost. Further, having the license for it and a customizable theme means that you can add or remove as needed without having to deal with calling and having a company do it for you. I would however suggest having at least minimal website setup experience unless you are good at following along on youtube. It's pre-configured for listing real estate for both sales and rental with logical listing creation, listing search, agent integration, etc. The styling overall is quite good and can easily be modified to match a brand's style guide. Setup is a little bit more challenging and technical than your average Wordpress theme, but it's hard to get around that because there's a lot more in the box. It's a very US-centric approach. For us, we wanted something that looked great and was functional without hiring a Wordpress developer to build "listings" and other custom post types into another theme.
