Ready Staff AI Reviews & Product Details

Ready Staff AI automates the front end of high-volume recruiting for staffing agencies, home care, and skilled trades employers. Launch a job and Ready Staff AI writes the ad, publishes it to a Google for Jobs–ready job board, and submits it to Jooble and PostJobFree. Every applicant's resume is read and scored 1–10 against that job's requirements, with a strengths summary and a risk flag. No one is hidden or auto-rejected, and a recruiter decides who gets invited. Candidates self-schedule interviews onto the recruiter's calendar, and automated reminders cut no-shows. Reactivate lets you re-engage past applicants from a CSV. Setup takes under 30 minutes with nothing to install. Works alongside your existing ATS.
