Every applicant's resume is read and scored 1–10 against that job's requirements, with a strengths summary and a risk flag. No one is hidden or auto-rejected, and a recruiter decides who gets invited. Candidates self-schedule interviews onto the recruiter's calendar, and automated reminders cut no-shows.
