Reachpod has come together from the need to better manage social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin to optimize customer satisfaction. Reachpod was built from the feedback of social media agencies, community managers and customers who better understand the need to collaborate and simplify this process. With Reachpod, users reach their target audience, monitor keywords and competitors, moderate activity of brand pages, create teams, assign tasks, send posts for approval, create customer profiles, archive data for CRM and view performance metrics through visual reports.

**What do you like best about ReachPod?**

With ReachPod, it's easy to add multiple social media accounts to watch feeds and schedule your own postings.

**What do you dislike about ReachPod?**

It's not easy to customize feeds the way I want to see them, not to share in an easy manner. Worse, customer support is unresponsive, and I have been unable to cancel my paid membership after multiple attempts at contact.

**Recommendations to others considering ReachPod:**

I would steer clear of this company until they get their support together.

**What problems is ReachPod solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for an easy way to share social media for my clients, but the interface doesn't work as well as I'd like.
