We realised early on that it would be helpful to be able to reach all our participants through the app with updates and news about our company challenge, but that functionality was missing. It's easy to use and offers a wide variety of preset options for common workouts. The addition of prerecorded workout sessions in the latest version is a great bonus, especially for those who don't have a gym membership. What I like best about ReachingApp is how it makes tracking my goals simple and motivating. The interface is intuitive, and I really appreciate the reminders and progress tracking—it keeps me engaged and helps me stay on top of my tasks. It would be great if all challenges were visible by default—right now, you have to manually add them, and several colleagues have missed challenges because of this. I think that "STAR" is a fantastic project; all of my colleagues are excited and whispering about it around the office. We can see a significant difference in the level of activity and how many competitive people work here 😃

It’s motivating and fun to take on different challenges every week, as well as to push yourself to reach your step goals and register your workouts. Seeing the leaderboards is also a great source of motivation that really works!

What I like best about ReachingApp is that it is very simple and easy to understand. It was quick to find everything needed during the step competition, and it was convenient to enter your steps. - Very good customer service and communication with the Reachin App team. Answers response was super quick!

- Help with internal communication, e.g. text templates

- Space for each team to chat and send pictures within their teams.

- Funny roadmap (with Machu Pichu) that contributed to the "chatter"

- Admin functions could be more advanced, for example to extract a report or list of all registered email adresses (just to copy from the website was not possible because then you would have copied the information on the whole side, including names etc).

- The fact that it was possible to see that some members had already logged in activity before offical start led to confusion and more job for me as an admin to answer them that all logged activity before start does not count. It's easy to log workout sessions, and it's great that you can connect your smartwatch so steps are recorded automatically. Nothing specific that I dislike. However, there is room for improvement in the segment for creating your own challenges. It would be great to have the option to add challenges that award points for each day of the week that a challenge is completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
