**Describe the project or task RCN helped with:**

RCN for Business covers our companies internet services as well as my personal internet / tv. Their customer service is top notch and their speeds / per price are great. Uptime is over 99%

**What do you like best about RCN?**

Customer Service is available whenever needed 24 /7 365. Prices are fair

**What do you dislike about RCN?**

Use them for cable tv services. Prices are consistently going up with no loyalty programs to retain or keep existing customers. More concerned with new signups than keeping existing.
