What do you like best about Raptor Emergency Management?

When it worked, it was okay… I guess. But the setup team was abysmal, and they came across as vindictive and petty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raptor Emergency Management?

It was an absolute mess. During the implementation, we were treated like children. We went years being charged for equipment that we never even received, and anytime we needed to talk to anyone other than tech support, we were blown off and forced to “schedule a meeting.” It was obvious our school was considered too small to be important. What do you dislike about Raptor Emergency Management?

You have to contact support if you want certain records, people or locations to be deleted. Not the easiest thing to manage and can really be ruined by an upload if the sites are not kept up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
