What I really like about Ranketta is their customer support and their ability to help guide and navigate a new user throughout the tool. I also really like being able to connect all of my data via Looker Studio and visualize it alongside other metrics from Google Analytics, so I can see the full picture and spot some correlations. I would like to have more categories available when filtering citations. Currently, it feels a bit limited. I often have to type in some of the bigger platforms directly, like Reddit or LinkedIn, and then check the citations manually.
