Typically I spend days on end applying for roles and then end up just getting booted out of the application process by the companies algorithm. Rainmakers takes a different approach where the prospective company applies to interview with you. This saves tons of time and effort on my end.

Secondly, the team at Rainmakers is absolutely amazing. My recruiter, Kelly Schmidt, went above and beyond to make sure the experience was seamless. I would highly recommend working with her.

Honestly nothing really comes to mind here. The only thing that could potentially improve is the 2 week time period that it takes for your profile to go live. I loved the variety of companies that showed interest in me based on my sales achievements, and career experience. Companies bid on the candidates, which also gives you the option to opt in or out!
