**What do you like best about raffle AI?**

Raffle AI chatbot and search offer an incredibly user-friendly service and platform, both on the frontend and backend. The answers provided to users are generally well-balanced and accurate. In addition, the content gap function, which gives an overview of potential errors and optimization opportunities in the backend, is an excellent tool that provides the backend administrator with a clear overview and hands-on capability to optimize the system.

**What do you dislike about raffle AI?**

One of the overall challenges in working with chatbots and semantic search is the complexity and the deeper understanding of the technology. If it were possible to gain a deeper insight into how the technology works — more transparency — it would be extremely useful for me.

**What problems is raffle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raffle helps the municipality provide better service to digitally competent citizens and keeps the website’s digital communication with citizens — as well as the internal understanding of what we offer — modern and service-oriented.

**What do you like best about raffle AI?**

Raffle.ai delivers a more accurate search experience for our users and we have also lauched their chatbot to assist our members with basic questions about logging in etc.

Raffle.ai has significantly improved our search capabilities, providing more accurate results across both keyword and free text queries. The AI driven summaries are a clear usability upgrade, offering more actionable insights that help us better understand our users’ needs.
Our collaboration with Raffle.ai has also been strong. They are responsive, open to feedback, and proactive in refining the product based on real user behavior.
Overall, Raffle.ai offers an efficient, modern search solution backed by a genuinely collaborative and engaged partner.

The summary load time is a bit slow. Some of our users would like to be able to turn the Summary off.

The AI chatbot feature has enhanced our customer experience by enabling users to find answers to their questions without needing to call us directly, which has reduced user frustration. Using a combination of search and chat, we have been able to tailor our content more effectively, ensuring it resonates better with our users.

**What do you dislike about raffle AI?**

The dashboard offers great reporting ideas, but it is difficult to report month on month or compare to timeframes of a specific piece of data at one time. There have been improvements to this over the last 12 months but improved comparison options would benefit it massively

**What problems is raffle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users would often blindly use our search. They do not fully know what they are looking for - sometimes certain words are used that might be an alternative to what we use. The AI function notices this and provides the relevant answers and if it doesn't make a connection the user it will direct them to the next stage of content. This reduces simple calls and also highlights content gaps for us to change wording to suit our customers better.

I love how easy this has been to implement on our website. 
The product is getting to know us and our business even better all the time, delivering great answers and feedback to visitors on our website.
Customer support has been with us the entire way, making sure that we make the most of the tool.

Small design adjustments that hopefully get fixed in a coming update.

We needed a search function that would give us a Google feel on our own website searches. Making sure to crawl through all the great content on a regular basis. The AI features in Raffle enables us to automatically use all this content to create highly useful answers and links to our visitors. We feel like Raffle gets to know us and our business even better day by day.

**What do you like best about raffle AI?**

Frederikshavn Municipality switched from a traditional search engine to the Raffle AI-based search platform on January 1, 2022. Through user testing at the time, we could see that traditional search provided incomplete answers. With Raffle, visitors to the website receive precise answers, and AI ensures that the most relevant results related to the search term appear first in the search results.

For us, it has been important that the Raffle solution is self-operating. Through the back end, you can easily get an overview of content gaps and fine-tune a wide range of things. Our experience is that the effort required from us is minimal. We focus on the content and our CMS system.

Over the nearly four years we have had Raffle, the solution has become better and better. We now also use the chat function, which most often provides very useful answers and helps our users move forward. The chat function feels like a dialogue and is therefore a great supplement to search, where you are presented with a list of search results.

Raffle saves us a lot of time in the web editorial team and has completely eliminated routine work related to creating keywords and search terms.

Raffle is user-friendly – both for us and for the website’s visitors. It compensates for spelling mistakes, and in the chat you can write in any language and receive answers in the same language. This is a great help for visitors who do not have Danish as their mother tongue.

We can definitely recommend Raffle, also based on the close contact we have with them. They are very helpful, always receptive to input, and do their utmost to accommodate our wishes.

Using Raffle AI is an additional expense, but visitors get a much better user experience, and it’s worth the money.

Visitors to the website receive useful search results, and they also have the option to get help through the chat function – even in the language they prefer. At the same time, the web editorial team saves time.

Our website is avaliable 24/7, thanks to Raffle AI. It's easy to find answers during and after business hours. The combination of the search tool and the chat is perfect for us, the users can choose which they prefer to use. 
We get loads of time to spend on other important things instead of phone calls, both easy and more difficult cases are cleared on the website instead of a phone call.

We also use it on different domains, both municipality and the tourism website.

There is no good possibility for us to change things by ourselves. Things have been solved during the years, but sometimes we need to contact Raffle in order to solve problems. We would like to be able to solve problems ourselves in a bigger scale.

What I like most about Raffle is the search functionality and how it strengthens the user experience. It has made it much easier for our customers to find the content they are looking for. At the same time, it has given us deeper insights into what our customers are searching for, which helps us better understand their needs and communicate more relevant content.

The backend interface can be a bit difficult to navigate and is not always very intuitive

**What do you like best about raffle AI?**

Raffle's AI Search is extremely easy for our website visitors to use, and the results speak for themselves — we see a 60% click-through rate and handle around 750 search requests per month. The setup process required some coordination between our web developer and Raffle's team, but once live, the tool has required very little ongoing maintenance. Visitors consistently find what they're looking for, and we can step in to tweak results when needed. Their support is responsive and efficient, and although we currently only use the search feature, we're optimistic about the potential of their 'Summary' and 'Chat' tools in the future.

**What do you dislike about raffle AI?**

The cost is on the higher end, which made us expect a white-label experience from the start — something we had to specifically request. We've also had the occasional report from visitors who couldn’t find certain content, so the coverage isn’t flawless yet. Integration required some support from Raffle, especially around language filtering and index separation, but this was resolved efficiently.

Before Raffle, our on-site search experience was limited and often frustrating for users. With Raffle, visitors can now intuitively search and find the information they need — improving user satisfaction and engagement. It also reduces the burden on our support team and minimizes the need for frequent content restructuring. From a maintenance perspective, it’s largely self-sufficient, allowing us to focus on other priorities while knowing the search performs well.

- Tools are easy to implement using the script and corresponding UIDs.
- Tools serve as an extension for handling first-line customer inquiries, reducing the workload for our front office colleagues.
- The platform is easy to use, although the interface can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming.
- The tools can be easily optimized using AI.
- Communication with the project manager and customer support is accessible and very direct.

**What do you dislike about raffle AI?**

- Customers sometimes indicate that they do not receive the desired answer to a question they asked. The response generated based on the web scrape is not always accurate. Fortunately, the tool offers the option to manually formulate an answer to submitted questions. Additionally, the tool evolves every day, resulting in increasingly accurate responses.
- Occasionally, there are issues with downtime, for example when using the search tool. This tool is also used by our front office colleagues to quickly formulate answers and visit web pages.
- Content gaps are sometimes difficult to explain.

**What problems is raffle AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every year, we are praised for our customer service, where a personal assistant is immediately available to help. Initially, the use of Raffle felt odd with our core values. However, Raffle has since proven its value and has become an extension of our organization, helping to relieve our Front Office colleagues by handling first-line questions from our customers and website visitors. As a result, more time is available for personal contact with customers, during which second- and third-line questions can be addressed, allowing us to uphold our core values.

Raffle is very plug-and-play. From day 1 it has been easy to use and has provided us with a fantastic search engine. The customer support is great, and Rohit has been a fantastic ambassador for Raffle.ai.

There really aren't many downsides to using raffle. My main grief is that I wish there was an IP tracking system, so I could see where the users originate. I'm sure this feature will come eventually.

Raffles primary use is as a search engine for our customers, which it does wonderfully. Second, it is providing insights into our costumers habits and queries.
