We now also use the chat function, which most often provides very useful answers and helps our users move forward. The chat function feels like a dialogue and is therefore a great supplement to search, where you are presented with a list of search results. Raffle saves us a lot of time in the web editorial team and has completely eliminated routine work related to creating keywords and search terms. Raffle is user-friendly – both for us and for the website’s visitors. It compensates for spelling mistakes, and in the chat you can write in any language and receive answers in the same language. This is a great help for visitors who do not have Danish as their mother tongue. We can definitely recommend Raffle, also based on the close contact we have with them.
