"User-Friendly, Time-Saving Quotes with Live Updates in Qwilr"
5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

What I like most about Qwilr is how user-friendly it is. It’s incredibly easy to create blocks and drag information in to build quotes, then quickly find what I need. Having all my information already saved there has also saved me a lot of time. I love that I can add hyperlinks and Google location details, along with any other information I need, and because it’s a live document I can update it without having to resend a new link to my clients.

Their customer support is another standout. It’s some of the best I’ve come across—super responsive and genuinely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Qwilr. It’s worked really well for me so far, and I’ve had a consistently positive experience using it.

The main thing I’d love to see improved is the ability to convert live documents to PDF without the formatting looking all over the place. Right now, because it doesn’t pick up the Google Maps link, it leaves a huge gap in the PDF. It would be great if the PDF could either include a screenshot of the map, or automatically have the text move up to fill that blank space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Drag-and-Drop Proposals, Great HubSpot Integration, and Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

I love how flexible it is to build different proposal blocks that I can simply drag and drop into my presentation. It also integrates really well with Hubspot. At $35/user/month, the pricing was a no-brainer for me. The LLM and AI elements genuinely speed things up and help my presentation look great. The program is very easy to use and reliably performs when I need it to. I also appreciate that it always saves my place if I get pulled away to another task. Support has been stellar and very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

Some of the features within the Enterprise package should come standard with the starter pack, like being able to remove the qwilr branding in the email. There have been occasions where my email will get quarantined by the prospect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Qwilr- Pretty Proposal and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

What I enjoy about Qwilr is how good it looks when sent to a prospect. It's clean, professional, and modern. Allows for a great deal of customization and ability to distinguish ourselves from other proposals. It also standardizes the look so when pulling from multiple sources it still has a uniform look for the organization. Recently they've made the UI easier to use and are very responsive.

At my company we use the HubSpot integration and email notifcations that make it easy to track what's going on and I don't have issues with it.As a product we don't have performance issues except for occasional issues with the geo fencing for the webpage.

Their support is extremely responsive and has improved. That's why I've updated my review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

The largest issue with Qwilr is that it's difficult to export the raw data for analysis and consistency. We end up manually copying over data which can be an issues as company expands.

I'd like more licensing options for editing only. At our company I work with Sales Engineers we wish there was an easy licensing option to give them editing access, that was then "approved" by us before making the actual change on the Qwilr. Even if it's just making recommendations for the person with the actual license to approve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Salesforce Integration and Clear Proposal Analytics in One Centralized Workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

The integration with Salesforce is incredibly smooth and has made a world of difference for our partnership managers. It’s helped us move away from fragmented workflows and into a more centralized way of working, where everything lives in one place. I also really appreciate the consistency we can maintain across the team by using standardized templates. The analytics provide clear visibility into proposal status, and being able to see exactly when a partner has reviewed a document is a major plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I’ve noticed that the real-time syncing with Salesforce could be tighter, especially during the quoting phase. Right now, the deal amount in Salesforce doesn’t update until the proposal is actually accepted, which can make our near-term forecasting a bit less accurate than we’d like. "A Huge Time-Saver for Bundled Subscription Tiers with Smooth CRM Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

Being able to bundle multiple subscription tiers into a single agreement is a huge time-saver for me. Rather than going back and forth across several separate documents, I can simply let the buyer choose their preferred option directly on the page. The automation also helps minimize the risk of human error, and the CRM integration makes sure each agreement stays properly synced with the correct customer profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

It’s a bit of a hassle that you have to use the exact same email address in both Qwilr and HubSpot for the pages to link correctly. Even a small mismatch in login credentials can prevent the integration from triggering the way it should, which is frustrating when you’re trying to keep your CRM data organized and connected without having to do manual troubleshooting. "Easy HubSpot Integration That Elevates Our Brand and Customer Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

It’s easy to integrate with HubSpot, and it brings our sales process, customer experience, and HubSpot workflows together in one place. Our team also loves it because it helps us present ourselves more professionally to customers, while reinforcing our brand representation and tone of voice. Our customers and technical partners have commented on how engaging it is, and a few have even asked for more information about Qwilr because they’re considering using it for their own businesses.

The ease of implementation was fantastic, the onboarding, training and designing from Qwilr went really well. The ease of use for the team, customer and myself has also been praised.

Customer support, you cannot fault them. Their replies are super quick, and is almost always fixed in good time.

We just need to get the teams to use it more to increase the Frequency of Use with Qwilr. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

Not necessarily a dislike, but it would be a nice-to-have to be able to implement more of our brand guidelines in Qwilr. For example, we shouldn’t use rounded-corner boxes and would prefer straight-cut corners. Like I said, this isn’t the end of the world, but it would look better for us. "Intuitive Functionality with Responsive, Swift Customer Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

The functionality is very intuitive and easy to follow. Most importantly, if you can’t work something out, the support team’s email is responsive, and you’ll get a swift reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

There should be more HOW TO info to help solve challenges so I don't have to contact the customer support team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Professional Proposals Made Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

I use Qwilr to send proposals to clients, and it really helps because we can present our candidates in a very professional, modern, and user-friendly way. I like how quick and easy it is to create a proposal with Qwilr and how well it looks. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I would really like more options for the design of our templates so we can create more custom designs for the type of presentations we do. Currently, it's a bit limited, so we just adapt to what we have. I think Qwilr should try to evolve to allow clients to completely design from scratch a presentation with all the design options available for a new website. "Streamlined Quoting with Seamless Salesforce Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

I like Qwilr's modern simplistic approach. I appreciate being able to send a quote and make amendments on the fly with a customer, allowing us to get more quotes out quicker. This means we can send to more customers and be less afraid of quoting because it takes less time, which ultimately equals more money at the end of the day for the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I think maybe the dashboards could change. The home page is a bit meh. Bit boring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive Proposals Made Easy with Qwilr"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qwilr?

I love the drag and drop functionality, along with the ability to sync to Salesforce. Qwilr allows us to send interactive web-based documents that look polished and easy to navigate for our members. Plus, the setup is very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I would really like the integration with Salesforce to work both ways. It would be wonderful if we could improve the overall look and feel from within the Salesforce platform, allow the details within the opportunity, using the pricebook and product, to auto-generate the Qwilr.
