I understood the purpose, but most of the time I spent 30-40mins entering time each day. When I thought about what I could do in 1.5hours every week, or if I could leave work 30mins earlier what I could acheive, it became a chore. Tsheets has literally given me 1.5hours a week back. I clock-in, its simple to switch between client codes, I clock out. If I need to manually edit my sheets, I do it on the train from my mobile app. This is applied to all staff in the business, including the casual satff. So as a company, saving 1.5hours a week on all causal staff has reduced our payroll costs. and on top of that, the reporting means I see the value in time tracking again. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** It took a little bit to get set up. I had to contact customer service to answer several questions, but, the customer service agents are so friendly and fast with their answers it was a great experience. **What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use to monitor the work hours of our employees. We are also able to see who is working on said day as well as their scheduled time off. This works well as we are able to staff accordingly ### 2. Although it does the job we need it to do, it integrates with QBO. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** The reporting is not great, it would've been good to have the capability of reporting based on project usage (Ability to enter the number of contracted hours for a project and as time is added deduct from there and have a report to track that usage) We've had plenty of login issues and have to resend invites to employees. The clock on the tool is not very easy to use or beneficial. The integration with QBO is not great. The system allows you to see the location of where people are logging in, if there is an issue of whether or not someone was working, I also love that it integrates with Quickbooks, so I don't have to manually enter payroll information. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** I wish it had the ability to send a lunch break reminder to people who have been clocked in for 4 hours. I also wish it would export subcontractor hours into Quickbooks. **Update - TSheets was a great program that was purchased by Quickbooks and is now Quickbooks Time. They had customer service people that understood the product and were very helpful. Customer service now is awful, the system is constantly crashing, deleting people and info. and other headaches. If you are lucky enough to reach a customer service person, they do not know what is wrong and can't help most of the time. I appreciate how it seamlessly syncs across devices with no downtime in loading. It also holds employee PTO and other time accruals so that employees can manage their time in one place. It is also very secure and integrates with the rest of our quickbooks software. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** Some employees might not like that it tracks your location while on the clock but that is at the employer's discretion. As a customer of tsheets since 2019, they would comp the admin charge since I was not using the account as an employee. When it changed to Quickbooks time, I was being charged a monthly fee of the appropriate amount, then it changed suddenly to a higher charge. Unfortunately, it took me 4 months to catch it.. On the phone with the Quickbooks time now, they are unable to refund this overcharge. This charge is ridiculous for me to pay just access this system, when I am not using it to log any hours. It is also abhorrent for a company to change their billing without informing the customer. Additionally the software pulled my personal email out of quickbooks and attached it to the quickbooks time account. Not knowing this had happened, I was unable to access quickbooks time when I needed it for payroll. Additionally this program has never linked well with quickbooks, regardless of exact wording of items, causing lots of manual time correction. I have spent an hour now with a your employee, who informs me that 1. no refund, 2. no compensation in the future for admins, 3. that I cannot speak with a supervisor, only speaking through her and her through a chat. This is the MOST ABSURD thing I have ever heard. You do realize there are free apps out there for time cards right? I believe you have lost a customer. It was a great app and it used to be dependable. Both times, it took two hours on the phone with tech support and a great deal of frustration before I could access my time data. When you pass, it's easy to look at your cycles or dial in or out. Trying to figure out how much work is expected to be completed over a certain time span would help you to learn more about the schedule. This refers in particular to the TSheets in where you can enter or even clock the websites in your different work. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** When I test out this everywhere, only time and time inputs were addressed quickly. This must apparently be achieved because it is static before the first weekend. The wholly latest TSheets instalment shows time. **Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:** With both the QB Sync setup, you cannot do anything else for yourself. As mentioned above, wireless sync and the tormentor image clock help a crazy busy hubs. Another effective technique is for removing ambiguity is for workers. Also, I really like new device that allows me configure which employees can see my arrival details and allows them to select where they would like to work. During business hours, going to and from work is very convenient for workers. It is awesome because I can do it from anywhere, including my phone, so I don't have to go anywhere to do it. I really like the freedom managers have when assigning or adjusting work hours. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** You can not change or re-instate the number of employee hours for a selected employee. We're using a different payroll scheme. We are in the process of switching to T-sheets and Natural site. The last full-time job did not link to the payroll vendor. **Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:** You should give it a try! Even more than that, it now has the ability to monitor your location as well. It integrates well with QuickBooks Online and would be useful for most businesses. There are many approaches to creating stories, so you can get the best possible story out of a given situation. The support is plentiful and wonderfully equipped. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** The interface may be overwhelming at first, but once you master it, you see all its great benefits. The mobile app has never crashed. The response time is quick but more importantly, they go an extra mile to provide service. Whenever I need help, I always prefer to chat rather than call. Every time I have had a difficult problem, even if it was resolved in the chats, I have been asked if I want someone to call and talk to me live about the necessary steps. This last issue was handled by Dawn S. It was a pleasure to talk to her because she helped me clear up some confusion. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** I didn't enjoy it at all. The only thing I would add or change would be adding an app that allows you to track subcontractors on the job site, not just employees.
