Minimal Training Required-As new employees are hired, the setup and training has been minimal. The software is intuitive and straightforward and as a result I have minimal questions and follow-up from new hires after they are provided with the initial training. Reporting is great-The reports are so helpful in managing our business by providing weekly and monthly reporting for our managers. In addition, the monthly reporting supports or customer invoicing process, limiting and reducing the time it takes to get the invoices generated and to our customers. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** I would like to see more functionality around rounding of time. In the Report Filters, I don't find the "Customer" selection process easy to use. It keeps a timer running on your laptop and makes you aware of how long you're spending on specific projects. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** TSheets doesn't give the kind of scheduling or time management features an account executive would want. It simply tracks time, and doesn't organize it or allow others to organize it for teams. **Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:** It's great for tracking time and seeing how long you spend on projects but as a scheduler and a project management tool it wouldn't be my first choice. **What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** I found the planning/scheduling features of TSheets to be very limited, although we are using the free version and I know there can be more features accessed through the paid one. My first time using it, I had no problem logging in and keeping track of my hours. I will be within proximity of where I'm supposed to work, but for some reason it won't recognize that and won't let me clock in/out. **What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tsheets had made it very easy to work in several different locations, while still being able to clock in and monitor my time right from my phone. We were able to utilize Tsheets for both part time and full time staff. Our company has staff who work at multiple work locations and take on multiple job roles. Tsheets was able to capture all of this and allow for multiple supervisors to view and approve time. Our staff really enjoyed the running totals for their hours! **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** TSheets did not integrate with our payroll provider while we were utilizing it. However, we were able to export the hours into a spreadsheet. It doesn’t give them the option to fudge the numbers which works well for us. We tried another solution where the time tracking and editing was completely up to them and I felt like there were some discrepancies. I also like the location tracking feature - even though we don’t actually do in and look, I believe it prevents them from clocking in or out early. It also saved me time when approving hours because I would have them leave a note if they weren’t working a full 8 hours. That way, I didn’t have to confirm anything with them. ### 10. I was able to remotely clock in and out from my phone when I was out of the office and on location. It keeps track of hours worked and which hours have been paid so you can keep track of your pay periods and paychecks. I also liked that you could see your schedule along with other employees so you know who is where in case you need help on site. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** I have had issues with the site or app locking me out when my login info was correct more than once. Since I only use the one department to clock in, it takes no time. It goes down less often than previous time cards, which results in less outage-related time adjustments. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?** Since TSheets is not connected to our actual payroll (ADP), everything has to be entered into TSheets again after approval in ADP. It frequently denies applying time (personal/vacation/sick/holiday) after the fact, even when you have not yet submitted your time for the week.
