Do not recommend QuickBooks for payroll, as they have consistently screwed up paying our payroll taxes, which caused multiple issues with the state. A feature that is on the desktop version that was cut from the online version is the ability to upload journal entries. When requiring a high volume of data, this import feature can be helpful.
