"Simplifies Survey Creation, Lacks CRM Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QUESTIONSTAR?

I value QuestionStar's straightforward drag-and-drop survey builder, which is especially useful for our non-technical broadcast crew. It allows us to rapidly build multi-step approval questionnaires for script reviews without needing IT support, and our production team can easily share forms with clients and contributors. All replies are compiled neatly on its dashboard. The basic account and workspace setup were seamless, and I could quickly build our first feedback survey for a live-stream project thanks to its intuitive editor. What do you dislike about QUESTIONSTAR?

QuestionStar struggles with cross-platform data connectivity and branded export formatting, creating extra work for our broadcast team. When wrapping up a local brand live-stream project, survey response exports lacked fields matching our CRM’s data structure, forcing us to re-map entries manually. Its branding customization is also limited, so we could not fully match our client’s visual guidelines on questionnaires. Without dedicated IT staff, our production team handles all cleanup work. Improved branded templates and native CRM sync would greatly reduce our pre-broadcast administrative overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Patient Follow Ups with Survey Logic and Clear Analytics"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QUESTIONSTAR?

What I like best about QuestionStar is that it makes patient follow ups and health surveys simple to manage in daily work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I regularly use forms for diet follow-ups, lifestyle tracking, patient feedback, and educational responses. The platform is easy to use and did not take much time to understand. I can quickly create surveys. features like survey logic also help because I can show different questions based on patient responses, which makes followup forms feel more personalized and practical.

i also like the reporting and analytics section because it helps me understand patient progress, hydration habits, diet consistency, and common lifestyle problems more clearly through charts and summaries. Sharing surveys is simple, and most patients can easily fill them from their phones through links or WhatsApp. Overall, QuestionStar fits naturally into my clinic, nutrition, and health education workflow and helps me collect organized feedback in a simple and professional way. What do you dislike about QUESTIONSTAR?

when surveys become a little longer with many questions and logic settings, managing everything can take some extra time in the beginning. the platform is easy overall, but for first time users some options and settings may need a little learning before the workflow feels fully comfortable. i also noticed that managing responses becomes slightly less comfortable when surveys start collecting more patient entries. Finding and reviewing specific responses or comparing follow-up data is possible, but the workflow could feel more smooth and faster for regular use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advanced Analytics, Simplified Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about QUESTIONSTAR?

I like that QuestionStar is a full-featured, research-grade survey platform because it balances ease of use with advanced statistics. It's ideal for generating professional, analyzable survey data without needing extra tools, which makes it a solid choice for teams, researchers, educators, and businesses that value data quality and reporting. I appreciate the built-in advanced analytics, like crosstabs, correlations, and statistical tests that save me from having to export data to Excel or SPSS to get meaningful insights. It's also a tool that's friendly for beginners but powerful enough for real research, which makes it rare and extremely valuable. Additionally, the initial setup of QuestionStar was relatively simple and convenient for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QUESTIONSTAR?

I dislike the outdated interface of QuestionStar. It's functional and stable, but the UI isn't as clean or modern as newer survey tools. It can feel a little clunky at first glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
