**What do you like best about Chatbot?**

Querlo chatbot platform is very easy to use, quick to get up and running, and has the tools to deploy the simplest chatbot serice to complex enterprise integrations.

**What do you dislike about Chatbot?**

The only thing that I could say that I dislike is that their pricing is not in your face and obvious like most of their competitors.

**What problems is Chatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Querlo chatbot services solved for marketing converstional paid promotional product, virtual assistants for B2C use cases, and prototyping platform of solutions in other business areas.  It really is easy to use the platform which makes it ideal for prototyping fast and testing out different solutions for various business needs.

**What do you like best about Chatbot?**

Chatbot helps in finding details of our day to day problems.It can help a new joiners in an organization to get hold of processes in the company.It can help plan your tour based upon your input and liking etc.

**What do you dislike about Chatbot?**

It cannot answer like an AI.If you give a chatbot something new then it might give waivered answers and will not be able to guild the person to his answer.This affects big organisation customer experience who use chatbots.

**What problems is Chatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me in getting hold of processes when I  joined Bosch.For example it helped me to check my salary by taking me to right website.Businesd are getting benefitted by reducing their workforce for repetitive activities.
