The auto-generated notification emails sent to distributors also use generic neutral text with no editable pre-saved templates segmented by partner tier, such as dedicated messages for large volume importers versus small regional retailers. I have to manually add separate explanatory GDPR and trade confidentiality disclaimers to every supplementary email I send alongside Quatrix links, as permanent legal text blocks tied to folder permission presets are not available.
