Unfortunately, this is not exclusive to Quartile, and I've found it to be standard on most platforms. I do appreciate that once we exit the learning phase, the system can quickly move toward profitability **What problems is Quartile solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a problematic vendor account and was blocked from advertising my #1 selling ASINs. While working with Quartile, we increased sales and impressions on lower-volume ASINs, which helped the organic ranking on our top sellers. This is not rocket science, but it was easier (and quicker) to maintain profitability on the lower-margin ASINs using their technology. Once Amazon removed the flags, we quickly pivoted towards our top sellers using key learnings from the existing campaigns. This required manual efforts on behalf of my account manager, but it saved both time and money. Also, our internal paid strategy has shifted several times over the last three years based on business needs and budget constraints. We've had a few different account managers and have always been in good hands. Aside from letting them handle our advertising, I'm able to also push any account questions onto them so that I don't have to waste my time calling Google, researching, and figuring out why products are disqualified or how to set up a feed attribute, etc. Saves me a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Quartile?** They weren't able to make certain ad channels (like text ads) profitable for us, but that may be due to problems with our business or industry and have nothing to do with them. However, there was a little bit of a disconnect between what I wanted out of the campaigns and what they thought I wanted. It was a transitional period for the account (the account manager changed) and I think that created confusion. That is literally the only bad experience I had in many years of partnering. **What problems is Quartile solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was manually managing Google Shopping and I was doing a very good job at turning a profit, but I have my limitations and it was taking half my work time up. In the first month we spent a few thousand extra outside of amazon to help jump start numbers and can attribute most of the growth to this using amazon attribution tags. Then, sales continued to drop and ROAS continued to drop too in the following months. When I went to cancel, I was billed an extra month. They went radio silent. I had to dispute the charge. Reading the forums, I am not the only one that had this experience. Next time, I will go with a more established agency without so many language barriers (none of the account reps speak English as a first language unfortunately). 2/10. Software is not as nice as others.
