Managers with Quant don't have to think about where and how to place the merchandise or if or how many pieces of equipment will fit in a given equipment, Quant handles all of that for them and they then have more space to focus on the operation itself and our customers. **What do you dislike about Quant?** We'll admit that as newcomers to Quant, our biggest struggle so far has been in the area of the store editor, which already seems very technical to us, but that's more due to our ignorance than a lack of Quant. **What problems is Quant solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are three issues where Quant makes it easiest for us to work with the assortment. Firstly, it's the simple placement of products in optimised planograms, which helps us to efficiently place products in the store space and, when set up correctly, optimises product stock so that our sales staff don't have to replenish quick turnaround items more often than necessary. It is extremely fast and responsive, considering the amount of data it handles. From day one of using the software we were able to have accurate planograms which were implemented in stores the very next day. The customer care we have received from the Quant team have been faultless, we have had two issues of user error which the Quant Support team were able to rectify within hours. The software is extremely affordable and meets our business needs, and we have only scratched the surface of the features that are available to use. **What do you dislike about Quant?** Like any software, advance features are sometimes tricky to learn and therefore are not used by the majority. However, Quant have got several manuals available. My suggestion would be to spend some time learning these features as they will save you time in the long run. Having the ability to see the range you have built in 3D is superior, however sometimes this can lag depending on the size of the project. Also adding in extra elements to add to the look and feel (like marketing POS) can sometimes be sightly challenging. **What problems is Quant solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quant was introduced to the business to help us plan for our partnership retail channels ensuring we were buying a range that could fit within the different variations of retail racking we have across the estate. You can do different analysis and you can see how planogram in pharmacy look like in 3D. Whole program works better when I got my RAM upgraded, the more you have the better. Mainly a i would recommend store specific function, which brings oportunity to manage more stores with one specific grid-set. Secondly i really like is that quant offers very easy in software environment, where you can easily navigate after reading few manuals. Last bud not least i really like chance that support is visionary and if you need some function which quant curentlly do not provide they are opened to discussion and possibility to add tailor made solution for you. **What do you dislike about Quant?** At beginning you can feel little lost but kick off support from provider is at very high level so many questions are answered immediately and there is no space for mistake. Secondly if you ever worked with some space planning software before, you will need to change your habits because there are some differences. Quant provides us with an overview of the currently displayed products and categories at specific stores, which helps either HQ (sales dep., operation dep., ... ) or even suppliers.
