# If a user can successfully use Quant in a region, do you ask them to assist you to give on-ground training in that particular region?

We currently offer on-ground training only in Europe, but our clients usually prefer online support. Our SaaS model is based on many years of experience with online remote support. We are in direct contact with most of clients via MS Teams or Skype. We train our users worldwide and assist with their questions very fast. Support is available in English, French, Italian, Czech, and Polish language.
