The website was quick, responsive, and easy to use. The participant recruitment campaign was seamlessly integrated into LinkedIn, Zoom, Outlook, and their incentive payout system for recruiting, scheduling, meeting link generation, and calendar management, as well as getting my participants their incentives at the end of their engagements. The support I received was absolutely amazing, far beyond my wildest expectations of a service like this. Pricing was discussed up front, and there were no surprises. The only minor criticism of the UI is that some of the buttons caused actions without confirmation (i.e., scheduling a participant interview), but that was easy to get through during the live 1:1 training session they provided, and I would happily use the system again as-is. They're very detailed and help you along the way without pushing. When I had trouble getting participants, Neil at Qualitative helped me out and helped me set things up. The staff is very helpful and I never felt overwhelmed with the process. They assisted the entire time and explained things when I had questions or didn't understand a particular concept. I liked the support from the developer, Neal, and how efficient everything was. Despite having no experience in conducting research, Qualitative enabled me to complete my study in record time. It was an all-in-one solution for chapters 4 and 5 of my PhD study. It took care of my recruitment and survey and was an excellent software solution. I worked with Qualitative.io during my dissertation research, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and results. Recruiting participants for a sensitive topic like migraines in the construction industry was no easy task, but their team delivered exactly what I needed. They successfully recruited 12 blue-collar workers who met the criteria and were willing to share their experiences in depth. Even when the target population initially hesitated to discuss migraines, Qualitative.io adapted quickly and ensured the study stayed on track. Their process was seamless, and within just five weeks, I was able to complete all 12 interviews. What stood out most to me was how carefully they managed participant expectations and screening. "Fast and Effective" 5/5 What do you like best about Qualitative? I needed to identify 16 individuals to participate in either one-on-one interviews or focus groups. Originally, I had planned about 4 to 6 months into my dissertation timeline to find all 16 individuals and complete the necessary interview/focus groups. With Qualitative, I had everything completed in about 6 weeks. Given the speed at which Qualitative was able to move, and the ease at which I was able to implement their solutions, I'm certain I'll end up spending less on tuition than I spent on fees and incentives with Qualitative. Aside from speed, Qualitative was very easy to work with. I had a few people sign up to take part in interviews that were simply no-shows for their scheduled and confirmed time. To say Qualitative exceeded my expectations is an understatement. This is by far the best experience I have had with any company. I was having trouble finding participants for my study and was nervous I would not be able to graduate. Finding this company changed all of that. I worked directly with the founder, Neal. Once the recruitment started, I had participants within hours and finished my interviews faster than I ever thought possible. Neal was always in contact and made sure everything was running smoothly.
