They will make you sign contract extension before they fix anything, they always have a non-concurrent contract date for their service and for their machine so that you can't cancel one without the other, they will hit you with a massive charge for cancelling early and can just end up not fixing your broken machine if they don't feel like it. We were assured by Quadient that we could use other labels besides theirs, which was a key factor in our decision to work with them. However, we discovered that the system is designed to only utilize their proprietary labels, contrary to their claims.

When we attempted to cancel our account due to this misinformation, we were informed that we are stuck in a contract. This is extremely frustrating, especially since their assurances were a significant misrepresentation of their product.

They take 1-2 weeks to bill us, give us only 28 total days to pay, and don't deposit the check for 3-6 days after confirmed receipt. They charge us late fees for their slow time. Customer service is non-existant, you will wait on the phone for 30+ minutes to get a person and it will be the wrong department to then have to wait another 20+ minutes for the right person. The phone directory is awful, you never get connected to the right person. They charged us a late fee when we had started the cancellation process 2 weeks prior and didn't use out machine anymore. Quadient double auto-billed my account in a month (and I was on a quarterly payment system), and when it was brought to their attention, I was given such a runaround where I would spend over an hour weekly on the phone (not on hold) trying to track down a check to rectify their mistake. I spent the last 9 months trying to get this corrected with submitted documentation a multitude of times and I eventually gave up, because it's simply not worth the trouble.
