Their partner-centric approach that avoids compliance checkboxing and the end-to-end managed service model really stand out to me. It eliminates the operational burden of achieving and maintaining compliance and security, which is a huge plus. Also, I like their US-market tailored compliance scoping and how they provide cost transparency without over-auditing or hidden fees. The initial setup was also quite easy. I'm frustrated with the process of adjusting a PCI scope. It requires a formal request through email, a manual review by their QSA team, and a written scope amendment, which can take 3–5 business days, sometimes longer for complex changes.
