I find Qooper very smooth and it really helps me with mentoring new salespeople. It sets up meeting suggestions effectively, and I've been able to schedule meetings with my mentee every ten days. Over about two and a half months, we've set up a total of seven meetings, which has helped my mentee become more comfortable and gain experience. The tool is a great guidance resource for setting up these meetings and provides input on what we should focus on, helping the new person get comfortable. I wish Qooper had a bit more transparency into my calendar or some expectations about timing, like showing when my calendar is available or letting me suggest times. It was awkward when my mentee set up a meeting at 6:30 PM on a Friday, which was weird. Also, it would be better if Qooper had integration with calendar programs like Outlook, Teams, or Google Calendar, and video software like Teams or Zoom. There was no video link for a meeting once, which was inconvenient. The initial setup was a bit tedious too, especially filling out a profile, which felt repetitive.
