There is also a learning library that has a variety of videos to help mentors and mentees work through their goals and objectives. Since we had no mentorship program established before this, Qooper really took a lot of the heavy lifting off and gave us a tool that we could just plug in and start using. ### 39. We knew that we would need a platform that could grow as we created programs that provided opportunities to our entire global team. Having a platform which was diverse in its application and functionality was very important. Also selecting a platform that users would enjoy and not view as a burden was high on our priority list. Qooper ticked all of our boxes in terms of its functionality, ease of deployment and ease of use. Our experience has been extremely positive so far. **What do you dislike about Qooper?** There have been a few occasions where an additional function or feature would be helpful from an admin perspective, however, Qooper has been extremely open to feedback. So far, if anything, the platform has too many functions and features that we're not currently using to full effect - however we see this changing in 2023 as we continue with the platform. **What problems is Qooper solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a platform which was dynamic and easy to use, particularly where we aimed to have multiple mentoring programs running simultaneously. Another feature that I really like is the ability to have multiple mentees within a group so that all can learn from each other. Another problem that Cooper is solving is the ability to work on lessons together with mentees. Being able to create Lesson plans and implement and grow together using the content from the lesson is very useful in having continuity.
