I use Qooper to help keep us on track as a mentor, and I think it plays a big part in scheduling, which is crucial for us. We agreed to meet on a weekly basis, and Qooper allows us to do that at a consistent time. I think it's just really easy to use, intuitive, and the user experience is really important to ensure consistency and maximize each encounter with my mentee. Using one platform to enter whatever we need, look for talking points, and jumpstart conversations really maximized the beginning of our sessions. I like that Qooper acts as a neutral third ground that both my mentee and I have access to, which makes it easy for us to find a place to meet and collaborate. I wish Qooper had a bit more transparency into my calendar or some expectations about timing, like showing when my calendar is available or letting me suggest times. It was awkward when my mentee set up a meeting at 6:30 PM on a Friday, which was weird. Also, it would be better if Qooper had integration with calendar programs like Outlook, Teams, or Google Calendar, and video software like Teams or Zoom. There was no video link for a meeting once, which was inconvenient. The initial setup was a bit tedious too, especially filling out a profile, which felt repetitive. I love that Qooper is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It's intuitive to being organized with its 'how-tos/tutorials', milestones, and tracking. Scheduling, profiles, email, and everything in between is easy to manage. The dashboard is clear to understand and helps me know what to do next within the tool, whether it's logging, scheduling, or documenting an event. I use Qooper for my mentoring sessions and it has been working great for me. I like the simple UI which makes it easier to navigate through the available features, and overall the user experience is great. I appreciate the ability to search for a mentor to help with career goals and access to discussion posts from other members. I can join groups and access a lot of learning materials. The chat section is particularly useful for communication with mentors, with separate sections for chat, meetings, and attachments, which I find to be fantastic, given my preference for organization. I like that Qooper maintains all participants for the last 5 years, keeps metrics of the program and participants, offers online learning, groups, and connects to MS Teams. The integration features make administrators' jobs easier, save us time, and help us be more efficient. I appreciate the professional staff providing exceptional customer service that's always available, courteous, and knowledgeable about the platform. Additionally, it works with UKG, which is helpful. I really appreciate how integrated Qooper is. It makes sharing or receiving resources extremely easy, and the automatic addition to my Google Calendar is a huge benefit, especially during busy periods. I also find coordinating schedules for meetings very easy since it syncs both Google Calendar and Zoom. Plus, the technology is quite easy to navigate. I enjoy the ease of connecting with my mentee using the chat feature in Qooper. This feature allows for easy access and triggers email notifications to my work email, which sets both myself and my mentee up for success and leaves little room for not engaging with each other. The chat also cuts down on the potential of back-and-forth emails as I can send multiple messages back to back in one screen. I'm also looking forward to scheduling my first meeting using the meeting section. I like how easy Qooper is to navigate, making the platform user-friendly. The mentoring matching is really accurate, which has been a great improvement since it helps employees understand why they are being matched with certain mentors by showing where the platform finds similarities between them.
