**What do you like best about Qollabi?**

What I like best is how the company is engaging with us. Listening to our needs, challenging us to get deeper insights and co-creating the next version. 
They keep a good balance between the demands of HQ and the user friendeliness. Making it a tool that is much appreciated and used on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Qollabi?**

Not much. As I said if something is missing their developers are ready to add the feature. We have did not link it to other systems, so I have no experience in that area.

**What problems is Qollabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Qollabi we have a clear view on the activities in the different banches, how many prospects were contacted,, how many meetings were held  and so on. Next to that we have an aggregated view on the salesplan of all our branches and teh progerss tehy're making.

**What do you like best about Qollabi?**

Handy tool 
Helps to achieve targets
Input on daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting
All product details, personal notes, remarques, targets, pipelines, etc. can be added, by as well Sales as Manager 
High-speed tool to track down failures or shortages
Working in both directions Sales-Manager-Sales

**What do you dislike about Qollabi?**

No possibility to insert excel forms to avoid double input of the numbers

**What problems is Qollabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Objectives are defined as a set of objectives and goals that are put in place by parameters, that bring structure and tractability together. Goal setting creates a verifiable trajectory towards a specific objective with clear milestones and an estimated timeline to attain the goals.

**What do you like best about Qollabi?**

it helps us to think about the collaboration we really have with a broker.
It helps the account manager to follow up his plans and actions with the broker. All the information is in one system.

**What do you dislike about Qollabi?**

The account manager should get a sign on the date he marked out to make an appointment for a follow up with the broker. It would be usefull if we could make some extractions in a pdf or excel that we can send out.

**What problems is Qollabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly only the account manager knows his of her clients, with Qollabi also other persons get a good view on the distribution of the account manager. With Qollabi the account manager has a handy tool that helps him to make agreements and to get co-ownership of his plans with his clients.

**What do you like best about Qollabi?**

Qollabi enables me to work more structured and efficient. It's easy to use, clear and simple and allows me to plan, follow up on my visits, and analyze my sector. It's not your average sales tool with prefabricated sales plans. To us, it's our own customized tool made possible by Qollabi. The customer support is excellent: professional and flexible.

**What do you dislike about Qollabi?**

Some features need some further development, like for example the PDF outprints, but this is largely compensated by the willingness to listen to their client's needs and the fast follow-up by the Qollabi team.
