We can create custom scripts that are based on javascript. Fields are limited in qntrl, if any name we have used once, we can not reuse the field name again in any other flow. Custom functions take around 30 sec to 1 minute to execute. Some of the obvious features are not available. For example sort and filter are not available for some of the parameters of a ticket.
