**What do you like best about QLIMS?**

It always works, I don't have to deal with the University cyber security or MFA and the trainer was very knowledgeable & helpful (thanks E)

**What do you dislike about QLIMS?**

It's overcomplicated for our needs because it is designed for high throughput diagnostic labs. Because of this it can be limiting and unnecessarily time consuming. Also, the cost is not sustaining for us long term.

**What problems is QLIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a laboratory information management system for customised mouse pathology research service
