**What do you like best about QkrHR?**

Payroll used to be the most stressful time of the month for me. Every small attendance mistake turned into hours of correction, and employees kept coming with mismatch complaints.
QkrHR changed that completely. Attendance flows directly into payroll, and the system highlights only the exceptions. The accuracy has been impressive no more errors, no more arguments and there support team are very supportive

**What do you dislike about QkrHR?**

More video tutorials would be helpful for new joiners, but the software itself is easy to understand.

**What problems is QkrHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with attendance discipline earlier because there was no proper system. People forgot to punch, and HR had no proof. QkrHR’s real-time tracking and reminders changed everything.
Employees now take attendance more seriously, and managers can see the daily reports instantly.

**What do you like best about QkrHR?**

I have found Qkrhr really easy to use  everything’s laid out simply so you do not waste time figuring things out. Setting it up for our team was pretty smooth too, which I was happy about. Their support team has been great whenever I had questions  always quick to help. I use it almost every day since it has all the features I need  it was way easier than I expected. Overall it just makes HR tasks a lot less of a headache.

**What do you dislike about QkrHR?**

Qkrhr provides a convenient way to access HR data from anywhere, which is useful for employees on the move. While the software serves its purpose, there are opportunities to improve performance and responsiveness to create a smoother overall experience.

**What problems is QkrHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QkrHR helps centralize daily HR tasks like attendance tracking, leave applications, payslip access, and basic employee data management in one place. It reduces the need for manual communication or spreadsheets and saves time by providing self-service options for routine HR functions. When it works smoothly, it brings more transparency and structure to HR processes and helps reduce dependency on HR personnel for simple queries and by any chance change the USER INterface as well if we can make it any Designs to the page .

The mobile version, while functional, lacks the full range of features available on the desktop and could be more optimized for on-the-go use.

Earlier, I had to email HR and wait for responses. Now, with QkrHR, I can apply for leave, check my leave balance, and get approvals — all from the app.

QkrHR has transformed how we manage attendance, payroll, and employee records. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy for even non-tech teams to adapt quickly. I especially appreciate the real-time reports and leave approval workflows. Their support team is also highly responsive. A must-have HR solution for growing companies!

While the platform is overall very user-friendly, there’s a slight learning curve for new admins during the initial setup. More in-app tooltips or onboarding guides would help speed up the learning process. Occasional lags during peak login hours could be improved too.

A few areas like performance tracking and in-app support can be improved, but overall, it's a valuable tool for everyday use.

The app sometimes takes time to load, especially during login or dashboard refresh. There's no module for setting goals, tracking achievements, or conducting appraisals.

Traditional or manual attendance methods are time-consuming and prone to errors. QkrHR allows me to mark attendance quickly through the app, with accurate logs and real-time visibility.

Applying for leaves used to involve emails and waiting for manual approval. The app streamlines the process with a few taps, and I can track the approval status instantly.

I personally like the attendance calendar part the most as it shows the whole summary for the month like the number of days present, absent, leaves taken as well as the punch-in and punch-out time registered daily and displayed in the calendar

I don't dislike it in specific but it could be improved, as a new serviceman if there could be a feature that gives us a reminder for check-out in case we forget to do it, it could be really nice

It is best for any new joiner who doesn't have much experience with all the formalities of a serviceman. It has many good features like check-in and check-out as well as leave facilities.

**What do you like best about QkrHR?**

I was really surprised at how easy QkrHR is to use! Whenever I have a question in my mind, I get the answer in just a few clicks It has made handling HR tasks much easier!  I can easy appply leave , chek leave balance , attendance time in and out and salary slips in few clicks. I can also check daily working hours on their mobile app and web portal  .

**What do you dislike about QkrHR?**

If you are larger employee size more than 50000 employee this Software will not right fit for you.

I am a field employee so it is very difficult to mark visit, attendance log, calculate deviation but with QkrHR field force management software I can easily see my attendance, visit mark, deviation and every thing is on clear picture

I am a field employee. Before Qkrhr, I was facing problems with marking field visits, attendance, dedication, and mileage calculation. But when my company introduced Qkrhr HR software, it got deeply integrated with field force management, Now I can easily mark attendance, visit with leave through mobile app anytime, anywhere

I am completely satisfied with Qkrhr, but there are too many configuration options and access base approvals.

QkrHR is the best HR and Payroll  Management software in my opinion. Its fast navigation interface of core HR features helps to easily manage payroll, leave, and attendance with zero error.QkrHR is HRMS software for all, it allows administrators to easily manage and set up in a few clicks as well as helps employees to get every information related to their jobs through the Qkrhr ESS portal without depending on HR. Qkrhr software easily adapts and automates your way of organization and their good customer support helps keep everything running smoothly

**What do you dislike about QkrHR?**

I think this is a potential drawback. QkrHR software has highly customizable features which is challenging for new users in the beginning.

Using QkrHR we achieve efficiency in every HR function. Its easy-to-use interface promotes employee engagement and a positive work culture.

The visual ease to access all the options needed for daily tasks. Also, how does it show employee or festive updates like a social media.

Sometimes when I login, it shows error even if i am entering right creds.

I basic portal for what an employee needs to access info and contact personnel.

I love the QkrHR ESS portal, it has made accessing personal information so much easier. Through the self service protocol I can view my payslips, check attendance, check leave balance and apply for leaves, view salary breakdown, claim expenses in just a few clicks, I can log in to my ESS portal anytime from any device

**What do you dislike about QkrHR?**

Everything is fine but highly customizable features require training

Before QktHR ESS portal, I was highly dependent on HR for my job related information but now I have full control over my information
