We’ve used QCommission for about 10 years. The biggest benefit is that it allows us to automate and customize commission calculations that would otherwise require a lot of manual spreadsheet work. It integrates well with QuickBooks, which helps keep our commission process tied closely to our accounting data. The system is easy for our team to use, has been dependable over the years, and saves us time each pay period by reducing manual calculations and errors. There really isn’t much we dislike after using QCommission for so many years. If I had to identify one area, the initial setup and customization can take some time, particularly with more complex commission structures. While there were other options available short of developing it ourselves, QCommission checked all the boxes for us. As long as our criteria made sense and could be explained, they were able to program it. The project management during implementation was better than I expected, and better than I’d even hoped it would be. The way they handle every one of our questions and requests is exceptional. They truly support us and make us feel like their top priority. I like that QCommission is extremely accurate and the website is easy to use. It syncs effortlessly with QuickBooks Desktop, which saves me a lot of time when calculating commissions and our monthly sales, profits, and expenses. The initial setup was also extremely easy. Our company has a number of different lines of business and many different commission plans for those LOB's and for our employees. QCommission is able to handle it all. As we have made changes to our plans, QCommission has been able to make them as well. I am confident they can handle most any type of commission plan. Uploading data and processing is very easy. Their customer service is outstanding--they reply promptly, communicate clearly, solve the problem, and follow up. They are always pleasant and helpful and make you feel that you are important. Although the individual payee reports can be downloaded into Excel, they are not formatted for data manipulation if needed. Would also like to be able to run reports without zero amounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QC Consultants- I appreciated their patience and experience in setting up how we needed QC to work for us. They did not make me feel rushed or pressured to finish the building process. They gave us opportunity to make changes and corrections to our plans and calculations. Prabhu and his team were very easy to work with.

The Q Commission product is the upgrade from the Easy Commission product that we have used for several years. We have 2 commissions structures with different period endings, Q Commission handles this easily and allows us to export the results for our very overworked sales reps.
