"User Friendly-Efficient Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

Very user friendly and our QBench team has been extremely helpful from start up to production. I have been able to get the basic background needed to change and fix a lot of the workflows myself with the initial training done by our team leader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

There are a few limitations with the software, especially in how it reports samples within an order. However, after making some adjustments to the way we normally log in, everything has been running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Despite some initial delays during setup, the software has improved our organization and workflow."
3.5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

QBench has streamlined our process for organization and reporting. We use the software primarily to log and report customer orders, enabling them to have a portal for their results viewable in realtime during the reporting process and kept as a database moving forward. This has increased our productivity and customer communication immensely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

QBench in our experience did take quite a bit of time away from our team to get things set up. We are a smaller company, thus we do not have the personnel required to work full-time on getting the software working the way we needed it to. Beyond that, some things feel slightly unapproachable to the average user. There are certain processes and automations we have set-up that feel as though they could be simplified to be more user friendly for those without the knowledge of how to code programming. "Responsive Support and Continuous Improvement Make QBench Stand Out for a Materials Testing Lab"
5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

I find the teams we work with through QBench to be incredibly helpful and responsive. I like that the platform is constantly improving, which is essential as we've had to integrate QBench into our lab, and it has been able to address specific problems through ongoing updates. I appreciate the updated features, user interface, more complete LIM system, and the support and automation that QBench provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

Materials testing is such a specific type of lab, one they did not have experience working with. In our integration efforts with QBench they have stepped up to the challenge and are now much more familiar with a niche industry that could benefit from their work. "It's highly intuitive and well-structured."
4.5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

QBench is an excellent everyday tool for organizing and managing information for our lab. It makes data sorting, filtering, and sample management effortless. This helps streamline workflows and reduce human error. Tracking data is quick, reliable, and efficient, and the user-friendly interface makes it a joy to use. The UI looks modern and is appealing to the eye. It has many highly flexible tools that can simplify processes. Finally, their customer support/technical account manager team went above and beyond. When we wanted to implement new features, they listened carefully and did what they could to accommodate what we were asking for. I highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their data management processes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

While QBench is effective, there are a few small downsides. Occasionally, it experiences lag and slows down, which can be frustrating. Additionally, some features can appear overly complex, causing confusion for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable and User-Friendly - Perfect for Small Labs"
5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

I really appreciate QBench's customizability, as it lets me set it up exactly for what my lab needs. I love that it's so user-friendly, which makes training new employees fairly quick and easy because it's simple enough that people can pick it up easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

I think the customer portal could be a little bit better. We're still on version one, and I'm currently working through an issue with the search bar function on the sample tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Adaptability Meets Exceptional Customer Service"
5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

QBench offers top-tier customer service and technical support, which was invaluable to our growing laboratory and critical to success in our accreditation process. The implementation teams are highly responsive, attentive, and collaborative. The onboarding process was fast and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

Downsides are minimal. The modularity of QBench is one of its greatest assets; although local, project-specific deliverables needed to be scoped out and handled by QBench's technical team, the design and implementation process was smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very user friendly"
5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

After messing around with QBench, I found out there were more things I can do to make it more user friendly. At first, we had a lot of things on our reports that we didn’t need, but never realized we can actually remove/edit them. It feels nice to be able to make it how I want it to be. We also recently made some changes that would help reviewing documents easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

Nothing that I can think of to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QBench is very customizable and user friendly, great for laboratory use!"
5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

QBench offers a lot of different tools and customizations that allows you to configure the system to whatever best fits your needs. The customer service team in particular is excellent and often goes above and beyond to help answer questions and work collaboratively on solutions. I feel comfortable knowing the system is reliable, thorough, and backed by a technically skilled team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

There are rarely some cases where a feature or functionality such as certain field customizations are not available, however QBench is constantly updating and improving and more than once those desired features were later implemented soon after providing feedback. "Straightforward Structure and Easy Configuration"
4/5
What do you like best about QBench?

Straightforward structure, easy to configure, good support. Yes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

Some lack of configuration management, e.g., there is no API for field configuration. Moving configuration from sandbox to production is manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
