QBench offers a lot of different tools and customizations that allows you to configure the system to whatever best fits your needs. The customer service team in particular is excellent and often goes above and beyond to help answer questions and work collaboratively on solutions. There are rarely some cases where a feature or functionality such as certain field customizations are not available, however QBench is constantly updating and improving and more than once those desired features were later implemented soon after providing feedback. It is not something wrong with QBench, but an implementation critical aspect. It needs to be very well defined from the beginning, as some features are hard to change once the software has been configured because the relations between databases are already established. QBench has been instrumental for out lab, allowing us to generate custom protocols and reports with a sleek and modern user interface. The filter tools are excellent, and creating custom fields is a breeze. The report templates and automations are also extremely easy to configure and modify.
