QBench has many upsides to its implementation. They have a responsive team that is quick to address any questions and concerns. The platform itself is flexible and is capable of being modified to any use case, with mine being an ISO 17025 lab, they have made all requisite minor changes needed to ensure traceability. They have many features that I have yet to even fully implement related to further optimization like instrument integration, and these features are accessible to a relatively tech-savvy individual. I am not a coder, but have fully developed a comprehensive API solution for some customers to better and more quickly access their data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They have dealt with some employee turnover that has negatively affected my project's timeline. Being a cloud-based LIMS, there is sometimes lag that is either related to the connection or how the platform is coded. Saving large batches of tests may take prolonged periods of time.
