**What do you like best about Qarar?**

The platform simplifies the process of gathering data, analyzing costs, and projecting outcomes, which makes creating a compelling business case so much easier. The templates and tools are intuitive, allowing you to quickly structure key information and present it in a clear, professional way. I like the templates and how it helps you walk through the steps of building a business case. It can be simple or very detailed.

**What do you dislike about Qarar?**

There is a learning curve to understanding the platform - if you are used to building in Excel it takes time to become familiar/ comfortable with the product. After tutorials and time in the platform - it became a breeze

**What problems is Qarar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In consulting (selling business)- showing the value we can provide to our potential clients quickly. Went from spending weeks - months to building a model of potential savings/ cost avoidance to hours.
In consulting (on client engagements) - quickly build and collaborate with clients to build business cases on behalf of their business and identifying vendors.

**What do you like best about Qarar?**

Qarar is super intuitive- everything is so obvious that even without some special skills, it's easy to get started with it. The range of features is impressive, allowing me to customize everything as needed.

Another great aspect is the clean, modern design; the platform is really nice to work with. I also want to point out the customer support: they answer fast and professionally, always ready to help resolve an issue.

**What do you dislike about Qarar?**

It's hard to find any big downsides, but if I need to suggest something, I'd say the feature of the Final Report needs some tweaks. That would be nice if more customization options were allowed, with a bit of ease in report creation.

**What problems is Qarar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to need multiple platforms to get everything done, but even then, I couldn’t fully cover all my needs. Now, the process is much faster

Qarar allows me to develop business cases that clearly spell out the cost benefit analysis of multiple business cases very easily and effectively

**What do you dislike about Qarar?**

There is a learning curve if you're not familiar with how to develop a business case, but the help and training tools get you through this rapidly.

**What problems is Qarar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps spell out for clients the best use of their resources when they have multiple competing opportunities. It allows flexing based on their projections and clearly represents the outcomes in a multiple formats, including a solid set of visuals.

I think Qarar's framework, assumption packs, and collaboration capabilities make for more accurate cases and better decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Qarar?**

Not a dislike, but I want all the features it offers including the AI assistant! Can this be included in the starter plan?

**What problems is Qarar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think this is a great product. Enterprise sales teams, organizations considering investments in AI or automation, and anyone looking to quantify the value of a potential investment should find Qarar very helpful. The Scenario Builder is particularly awesome -- replaces Excel Crystal Ball with scenario modeling the RIGHT WAY.

I guess one item that can be resolved through contrcating which is access to data after the engagement ends.

The sentitivity analysis is amazing and looks great. Customers really like the graphical representation of the cash flow outcomes

**What do you dislike about Qarar?**

The customization options in the final report builder are lacking. Also there is no ability for cutomers to adjsut their assumption vaue from the final report, which limits the interactivity of the report. There is also no way to export the final report to PDF

**What problems is Qarar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qarar helps solve the probelm of communicating the value of investing in a technology or consulting service

There is a lot of power and credibility. It presents financial metrics in a way that CFOs will  believe. You can present alternative scenarios and tie into real benefits.

Interested in more guided onboarding for new users.

**What do you like best about Qarar?**

My favorite part of Qarar is the speed and accuracy with which I can attack business cases. Once the initial structure is built, I can quickly iterate and run sensitivity analyses. It provides me with tons of information to prepare for meetings with potential customers. 

The customer support at Qarar is incredible. Nayyir is especially attentive and always willing to provide technical support. On top of the technical understanding of the platform, the Qarar team has the business acumen to help pressure test various business cases.

**What do you dislike about Qarar?**

"Dislike" is a bit of a stretch but I personally like to use summarized decks in meetings more than formal business cases. Because of this, I enjoy Qarar as more of an internal tool than a client facing report builder. I can iterate through a business case in Qarar and then export the information into a deck that I feel more comfortable utilizing in client meetings. The benefit is that Qarar is built in a manner that supports this activty.

Qarar simplifies the business case to a very manageable cost / benefit analysis. It provides an easy to use platform so we can focus on the business problems rather than formatting, building models, etc.

**What do you like best about Qarar?**

Qarar is a great way to templatlize and make your business cases more formal. It infuses custom formulas that can really tell a great quantitative story of what value customers can expect to get out of their investment. A great way to justify investment!

**What do you dislike about Qarar?**

For someone newer to building quantiative business cases, it can take a little time to learn what inputs to use and how to speak to them. But, that said, nothing you can't learn quickly!

**What problems is Qarar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having CFO ready conversations and being able to justify an investment with more precise measurements.

Brings consistency and scale to business cases. Very customizable and easy to create reusable templates for your / your customers' unique needs.

**What do you dislike about Qarar?**

The financial models can be quite robust - which is a good thing - but takes some learning.

**What problems is Qarar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's bring consistency to what defines a "business case" which can be helpful when you are trying to scale best practices and create a common language for how you speak about value for your product.
