The platform simplifies complex workflows and data flows, making them much easier to manage. It enables teams to boost their productivity without introducing unnecessary complications. I really like that the platform is very user-friendly. I can configure or create the job profiles I need, and there are generic profiles that can also be used. Additionally, the reports are easy to interpret. The artificial intelligence function also helps us a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that maybe the Power BI section should allow downloading the reports, not just viewing them right there on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the speed and accuracy of the information in Pyxoom by PSW Global, which is shown in concrete data. The use of the platform is very intuitive, allowing me to make changes to review different scenarios when managing Talent from different positions and levels, as well as having visibility of the projection in different areas according to the level of competency development. The color classification helps me quickly identify the strengths and areas of opportunity that need to be worked on with each collaborator. Additionally, the initial setup was very agile and fast. It is highly recommended, as it allows saving time on operational activities and focusing on thinking about strategies to continue developing Talent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
