## About pyqtgraph
PyQtGraph is a pure-python graphics and GUI library built on PyQt4 / PySide and numpy. It is intended for use in mathematics / scientific / engineering applications. Despite being written entirely in python, the library is very fast due to its heavy lever

**What do you like best about pyqtgraph?**

Scrolling plots and updating graphs in real time are straightforward to implement, and their starting point is covered in the documentation. It is built on qt, so it is faster when used with deque and numpy arrays

**What do you dislike about pyqtgraph?**

Threading and multiprocess graph update is not covered extensively and is challenging to implement.

**Recommendations to others considering pyqtgraph:**

If you are just bothered about creating dashboards and showing real-time plots, then it is great and works for you; however, if you are working on the speed and response rate of the plot, then you will need to study the code from the documentation.

**What problems is pyqtgraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it for plotting medical, sensory live data of patients
